FACILITEIS: Auriga International has five manufacturing units and we also have a manufacturing Facility of BEAUTY INSTRUMENTS, All process is in Auriga International.

Materials: Our products are manufactured using the best quality stainless steel as ASTM and DIN standard’s recommended which is imported from USA, GERMANY, FRANCE and JAPAN. The key to our success is our quality assurance. We use the Right material for the Right products. We also capable and make customized products and arrange customized materials for them.

Products & Sales: We have included large number of items in our products section. Some details about instruments are as follows:

Steel Components: Currently we are using AISI 410, AISI 420, 18/8 type of stainless steel according to the items Specifications. We use imported materials for most of our instruments as per our business requirements.

Rockwell Hardness: We have accurate furnaces to obtain Rockwell hardness at C-40 to C-45 for Forceps and between C-45 to C-55 for Scissors and also for other Cutting Instruments.

Sales Terms: We are doing business with overseas companies upon 75% Advance and LC or according to buyer’s relation. Our quotations are always without obligation. Agreement and arrangement made orally or by telephone with our representatives become legally valid only if approved in writing by us.
